1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please go to your account settings or email us at support@arbitragesmartai.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

2. Refund Policy

Since we provide immediate access to digital content and proprietary AI intelligence, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been active. However, if you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing our services for more than 48 hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.

3. Refund Processing

Verified refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
